Many people now advertise their properties for sale/rent only on Facebook — you won't find them on traditional property portals. That's exactly why the Realmonitor mobile app now searches for the best deals in over 700 property groups on Facebook and Marketplace.
This is just the first test version of the app, so please be patient and understanding. Despite initial issues, we are confident that even in its current form the app will help you be the first to find great deals. In return, we only ask that you share your experiences and ideas on how we can make the app even better for home seekers.
A single property is usually advertised by several people and submitted to multiple portals. The app filters out 60-70% of them, but sometimes ads for the same property on different portals may even appear on separate cards, so you may see several ads for the same property one after another. We will fix this soon.
Some property listing websites do not allow us to display images and data in the results they provide. For now, you need to click on the card and the original listing will open with all the data and photos. We are working on displaying at least a photo in the results in such cases. Please be patient and we will resolve this.
